FOREX: Di Mana Haramnya?
Seminggu dua ini, dunia perniagaan dan pelaburan online di negara kita dikejutkan dengan satu kenyataan oleh Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan yang memutuskan bahawa operasi Forex online yang dijalankan oleh individu melalui corretor-corretor dalam talian adalah tidak menepati Syarak dan difatwakan sebagai haram. Sehari selepas keluarnya kenyataan tersebut, saya cuba mengintai beberapa forum-forum de internet untuk melihat reaksi dan komen comerciante-comerciante Forex terhadap keputusan tersebut. Agak terkejut apabila mendapati perbincangan tentang isu ini di sebuah forum online mencecah 150 páginas hanya dalam masa kurang 24 jam. Sedih dan kesal juga melihat komen sesetengah forumer Muçulmano menuturkan ucapan-ucapan seperti, & # 8220; Kalau asyik fikir benda yang haram-haram sahaja, sampai bila nak tingkatkan pendapatan kita? Kalau kepakaran kita pada Forex, di situlah rezeki kita & # 8221 ;.
Sebenarnya isu Forex online telah acapkali dibincangkan dan dijelaskan kedudukan hukumnya oleh mereka yang ahli dalam Syariah khasnya bidang Muamalat. Pada pertengahan tahun lepas, JAKIM telah menganjurkan satu muzakarah membincangkan isu Forex ini, di mana saya beserta beberapa penyelidik lain dari ISRA telah membentangkan satu kertas kerja berkenaan isu-isu Syariah dalam Forex. Antara resolusi yang dicapai dalam muzakarah ini ialah operasi Forex online yang dijalankan oleh individu melalui platfom elektronik mengandungi banyak unsur yang tidak menepati Syariah. Namun, impak daripada resolusi muzakarah tersebut tidaklah sekuat impak fatwa por exemplo Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan baru-baru ini. Apatah lagi kenyataan pengerusinya Tan Sri Prof Dr. Abdul Shukor tersebar luas di media-media tempatan e antarabangsa.
Sebagai individu yang hadir dalam satu slot Muzakarah Fatwa Kebangsaan tersebut dan membentangkan kertas kerja Forex, saya ingin berkongsi tentang sudut manakah yang dikatakan bermasalah dalam operasi Forex ini. Kepada para comerciante Forex yang tidak berpuas hati dengan keputusan fatwa tersebut, bolehlah cuba menilai beberapa isu Syariah yang akan saya ringkaskan di sini dengan bahasa yang - Em Sya Allah - mudah difahami.
Forex online tidak dapat dipisahkan dari unsur alverage. Saya yakin tidak akan ada comerciante kecil-kecilan akan berforex di platfom Forex online jika broker tidak memberikan alavancagem. Secara mudahnya alavanca ialah gandaan kewangan yang diberikan oleh corretor supaya indivíduo dapat berdagang Forex melebihi modal sebenar. Contohnya jika corretor memberikan alavancagem 100: 1, Bererti dengan depósito sebanyak USD100, comerciante seorang dapat melakukan trading bernilai USD10,000. Dari sudut feqah, akad yang paling hampir dengan unsur alverage ialah akan Qard iaitu pinjaman kewangan. Iaitu broker memberi pinjaman kepada comerciante sejumlah wang untuk diniagakan.
Jadi apa masalahnya dengan alavancagem?
Apabila alavanca adalah satu bentuk pinjaman, di sini terdapat unsur mensyaratkan akad jual beli dengan pinjaman. Atau dengan kata lain, agente intermediário pinjaman kewangan dengan syarat comerciante hendaklah melakukan trading Forex dengan broker. Dalam isu alavancagem, corretor bukan sahaja mensyaratkan melakukan trading dengan pinjaman tersebut, malahan akad pinjaman dan akad jual beli matawang berlaku secara sekaligus dengan menekan satu butang sahaja. Dua akad disekalikan dan tidak dipisahkan. Kerana pemberian aproveita Hanya akan terpapar de platfom apabila seseorang comerciante membuka satu-satu posisi.
Di dalam feqah, meletakkan syarat akad jual beli lain di dalam akad pinjaman adalah tidak dibenarkan. Ia dikenali dengan permasalahan 'Bay wa salaf & # 8217; iaitu jual beli berserta dengan pinjaman. Pengharamannya disepakati secara ijmak oleh seluruh ulama. Al-Qarafi menyebut, "Dan dengan ijmak umat bahawa diharuskan jual beli dan pinjaman secara berasingan, dan haram kedua-duanya secara bersekali, kerana ia adalah laluan riba". (Al-Furuq, 3/266)
Di dalam konteks perdagangan forex, ia didapati termasuk di dalam umum larangan ini, corretor de kerana hanya menyediakan pinjaman di atas nama alavancagem kepada pedagang yang membuka posisi di platformnya sahaja.
Forex adalah pertukaran antara satu matawang dengan matawang yang lain. Dari sudut feqahnya ia adalah satu bentuk jual beli al-Sarf yang pada zaman dahulunya seumpama menukar emas dengan perak, atau menukar dinar dengan dirham. Syarak telah meletakkan syarat bahawa dalam jual beli al-Sarf hendaklah berlaku penyerahan dua item yang ditukar. Dalam konteks forex, mesti berlaku penyerahan antara dua matawang di dalam majlis akad, dengan mengambil kira bahawa penyerahan boleh berlaku secara hakiki (fizikal) dan juga hukmi (konstruktif). Contoh penyerahan fizikal ialah dengan menyerahkan matawang secara langsung kepada orang yang membelinya. Manakala contoh penyerahan hukmi ialah melalui pemindahan wang dari akaun ke akaun lain.
Berlakukah Qabd dalam Forex online?
Untuk menjawab persolaan ini kita perlu memahami bagaimana operasi forex dijalankan. Sesuatu perdagangan forex dijalankan dengan cara membuka posisi (posição aberta) terhadap instrumen yang dipilih. Kemudian, diakhiri dengan menutup posisi (posição fechada) terhadap instrumen tersebut. Sebagai contoh, anda mahu membuka posisi long terhadap instrumen EUR / USD, dengan maksud anda akan membeli matawang euro dengan membayar matawang dólar USD.
Di dalam Shariah, tuntutan qabd daripada transaksi ini ialah:
i) Anda hendaklah menyerahkan matawang USD kepada corretor; dan.
ii) Corretora hendaklah menyerahkan matawang EUR kepada anda.
Dalam Forex online, berlakukah dua perkara tersebut? Jawapannya: Broker tidak akan mengkreditkan serta-merta matawang yang anda beli ke dalam akaun anda. Jadi, anda yang membuka posisi membeli instrumen EUR / USD tidak akan selama-lamanya dapat membuat qabd terhadap matawang EUR yang anda beli, kerana selagi posisi yang anda buka masih dalam status ABERTO, anda tidak akan dapat menikmati segala keuntungan daripada kenaikan harga matawang yang anda beli dan tidak mungkin anda dapat membuat pengeluaran (retirada) wang tersebut, sehingga anda membuat FECHAR terhadap posisi tersebut, atau dengan kata lain anda menjual balik matawang yang anda beli tadi.
Anda membuka posisi long terhadap EUR / USD pada harga 1.4500 sebanyak 10.000 unidades. Kemudian, e uma menutup posisi tersebut pada harga 1.4550. Anda mendapat keuntungan sebanyak 50 pip.
Dalam contoh ini, apabila e uma membuka posisi longa, anda dikira membeli EUR10,000 dengan membayar USD14,500. Kemudian, anda menjual balik EUR10,000 dengan mendapat USD14,550. Anda não registrou USD50.
Maka di sini timbul isu ketiadaan qabd terhadap matawang yang dibeli oleh anda ketika membuka posisi long (membeli instrumen EUR / USD). Ini kerana selagi anda tidak menutup posisi pertama, anda tidak mungkin dapat menikmati apa-apa keuntungan sebenar daripada kenaikan harga EUR berbanding USD.
Jadi Qabd TIDAK BERLAKU kerana matawang yang dibeli ketika membuka posisi tidak akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun pedagang, sehingga matawang tersebut dijual balik kepada broker ketika penutupan posisi.
3- ISU PENJUALAN MATAWANG YANG TIADA DALAM PEGANGAN.
Sebagaimana disebutkan tadi, negociação forex berlaku dengan ikatan antara dua transaksi iaitu posição aberta e posição próxima terhadap instrumen yang dipilih. Jika ketika posição aberta, comerciante membeli EUR dan menjual USD (Comprar EUR / USD), maka ketika close position, dia akan menjual EUR dan membeli USD (vender EUR / USD).
Ketika close position, comerciante akan menjual balik EUR yang dibelinya. Di sinilah berlakunya isu Syariah. Kerana ketika trader membuat penutupan posisi (posição fechada), dia akan menjual balik matawang yang dibelinya dari intermediário sedangkan dia belum lagi melakukan qabd terhadap matawang yang dibelinya.
Dalam satu hadis, Nabi SAW bersabda, "Tidak halal hutang dan jualbeli, (pengenaan) dua syarat dalam satu (transaksi) jualbeli, (mendapat) keuntungan (daripada) sesuatu yang tidak dijamin, dan jualbeli sesuatu yang engkau tidak miliki" (Riwayat Abu Daud, Tirmizi dan Nasaie).
Antara maksud & # 8216; mengambil keuntungan daripada suatu yang tidak dijamin & # 8217; ialah mengambil keuntungan daripada jualan suatu yang tiada dalam pegangan.
Jadi, perdagangan forex secara online didapati tidak menepati tuntutan syarak kerana trader yang membuka sesuatu posisi akan menutupnya balik, atau dengan kata lain membeli sesuatu instrumen dan menjualnya balik sebelum berlakunya qabd terhadap matawang yang dibelinya. Ia termasuk dalam larangan hadis yang dikemukakan tadi.
Selain tiga isu di atas, terdapat beberapa lagi isu lain yang menjejaskan kesahihan transaksi Forex online. Antaranya kewujudan unsur rollover interest dalam sesetengan broker Forex, atau dikenali oleh comerciante-comerciante Forex sebagai swap. Iaitu apabila comerciante tidak menutup posisi melebihi 24 geléia, sejumlah interesse akan dikreditkan atau didebitkan ke akaun comerciante berdasarkan posisi yang dibuka, dan mengikut kadar faedah dua matawang yang terlibat dalam transaksi. Swap atau rollover interest yang dikenali dalam Bahasa Arab sebagai & # 8216; Rusum al-Tabyit & # 8217; telah diputuskan por Majmak al-Fiqh al-Islami (Rabitah Alam Islami) sebagai riba yang nyata dan haram.
Begitu juga dengan isu spekulasi dalam Forex online, yang dilihat sebagai spekulasi yang melampau. Ya, ramai yang tidak bersetuju spekulasi dijadikan alasan haramnya Forex online. Kerana dalam mana-mana pelaburan trocadilho, wujudnya unsur spekulasi. Yang dimaksudkan dengan spekulasi dalam konteks Forex online ialah spekulasi yang melampau dan menyamai perjudian. Kerana, dengan fungsi alavancagem, seseorang boleh hilang seluruh modalnya atau mendapat keuntungan berganda-ganda yang ada kalanya melebihi 100% dalam masa beberapa minit sahaja dengan pergerakan matawang yang kecil sahaja. Seolah-olah, comerciante mempertaruhkan depositnya, dan broker mempertaruhkan alavancagem yang diberikan kepada trader. Dalam posisi compre, jika pergerakan harga mengarah ke atas, maka trader akan untung berganda-ganda. Sebaliknya jika pergerakan harga menurun ke bawah, comerciante akan rugi dengan dahsyatnya yang boleh membawa kepada kerugian yang sepenuhnya.
Menurut Dominic Corelo, analisa empirikal menunjukkan bahawa 95 peratus indivíduo yang berdagang spot forex mengalami kerugian yang total terhadap modal yang dilabur dalam beberapa bulan sahaja. (Dominic Corelo, "Successful Spot Forex Trading Requer Mentalidade de um Marathon Runner", 26Februari 2011).
Kepada trader-trader forex, operasi Forex online adalah satu bentuk perniagaan yang penuh dengan syubhah dan unsur yang meragukan. Resolusi dari Muzakarah JAKIM dan keputusan fatwa por Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan sepatutnya adalah satu tuah kepada kita kerana menyedarkan kita dari terus mengaut rezeki dari sumber yang tidak jelas.

Boleh tak kalau saya katakan ianya seperti seorang kontraktor membuat bangunan yang mempunyai kemudahan dengan pembekal barangan, dengan modal yang sedikit seorang kontraktor boleh membina bangunan kerana memiliki alavanca dengan pembekal dan sudah pasti mesti mengambil dari pembekal yg sama sahaja. Malah tidak ada jaminan sebenarnya dlm bayaran, bergantung kepeda kepercayaan sahaja. Projeto Kalau tak siap, mungkin ada yang teraniaya. Kalau diperhalusi, boleh dikatakan kebanyakan perniagaan terlibat dengan alavancagem.
2. Masalah serahan barangan.
Forex Market samada online atau yang dilakukan oleh banco perdagangan adalah fokus kepada perkara yang sama. Ianya tidak melibatkan penyerahan fizikal seperti money changer. Ianya seperti saham dibursa saham. Dibursa, apabila pelabur membeli lot saham, apa yang dibelinya, dan apa yang pelabur dapat? Pelabur sebenarnya membeli harga saham atau ekonomi bagi sesuatu syarikat. Begitu juga dengan Forex, pelabur membeli harga bagi perbezaan harga dua matawang bila keadaan ekonomi membuatkan penguatan dan kelemahan matawang masing-masing. Pandangan saya sekiranya online haram maka apa yang dilakukan oleh banco perdagangan termasuk bank2 Islam juga begitu malah urusan bursa saham juga bagi saya haram. Saham juga akan dapat manfaat bila dijual semula kedalam market.
Masalah swap tak timbul rasanya bila corretor menyediakan akaun islâmico yang bebas troca de rollover. Masalah keuntungan melampau dan kerugian melampau juga bukan isu rasanya.
Perlukan pandangan Ustaz, maafkan saya kalau tersilap pandangan. Sebagaimana pendapat sebelum ini bahawa perdagangan matawang adalah harus, maka saya rasa perlu diteroka oleh bijak pandai Islam sebagaimana menyelesaikan masalah pinjaman, banco, insurano, pajak gadai yang sebelumini umat Islam bergelumang dengan dosa tapi akhir Islam memberikan penyelesaiannya.

Bagi Spekulasi pula, kenaikan / kejatuhan harga dalam perniagaan online ini dirujuk kepada keadaan isu2 semasa (dari ekonomi, sosial dan politik sesebuah negara) dalam suatu tempoh tertentu spt cth: Fornecimento minyak malaysia ke negara luar berada d tahap yg kurang utk suatu tempoh tetapi Demanda dari pembeli tinggi, ini akan menyebabkan harga minyak naik dan sekali gus menguatkan kadar Ringgit berbanding Dólar dos EUA, jadi trader akan membeli Ringgit berbanding USD.
Cth lain pula: Berlaku demonstrasi besar2an d Malásia, ini akan menyebabkan banyak urusniaga tergendala dan sekaligus menyebabkan nilai Ringgit d peringkat internasional lemah, ini adalah cth berdasarkan berita (spekulasi) utk comerciante masuk sebagai penjual d pasaran. Fundamental2 yg kukuh digunakan sebagai spekulasi terhadap pasaran Ringgit. Klu takde asas kajian dan berita semasa sbg spekulasi, perniagaan Forex online akan serupa seperti berjudi (principal jackpot 4D atau) ..
Bank islam pun mengenakan interesse tetapi ia dipanggil Service Charge, walhal asasnya sama juga.

Bukan bererti apabila saya depósito modal $ 10 dengan disertakan Alavancagem 500: 1 e # 8230; wang saya tersebut menjadi $ 5000! Itu tidak benar, ia tetap dengan nilai $ 10 dan tidak dikreditkan ke akaun dengan nilai $ 5000 & # 8230 ;. sampai bila-bila.
Saya akui banyak kali rugi dalam forex trading, dan cuma modal $ 10 saya saja yang hangus. Jika Leverage dikatakan sebagai & # 8220; pinjaman broker & # 8221; yang menjadikan modal saya $ 5000, sudah tentu saya beberapa kali mencari masalah besar dengan nilai hutang $ 4990 yang tertunggak dan terpaksa membayar balik wang $ 4990 tersebut & # 8230; .. padahal saya tiada masalah apa-apa chatear dan cuma kerugian $ 10 sahaja.
Aproveite adalah bersifat sementara, jika peserta rugi atau diistilahkan MARGIN CALL & # 8230 ;. Alavancar ni langsung tiada efek kepada peserta.
Sebab tu tanggapan mengatakan Alavancar adalah bentuk pinjaman seperti pinjaman peribadi adalah sememangnya SALAH, SALAH DAN TIDAK TEPAT SAMA SEKALI.

1. Trading emas secara online agak luas maksudnya. Jika maksudnya menggunakan plataforma forex, maka hukumnya adalah sama seperti hukum trading forex. Kalau maksudnya ialah que comercializa emas fizikal, cuma pembayaran atau lock harga dilakukan melalui online, itu tidak ada masalah asalkan mencukupi syarat2 jual beli emas. Boleh rujuk Parâmetro Pelaburan Emas.
2. Ya kita boleh berpegang kepada salah satu pendapat yang kita percayai lebih hampir kepada kebenaran.

Assalamualaikum, saya ada membeli pacote pelancongan ke Coréia dengan seorang pelajar melayu disana. Dia tolong uruskan semua dan meminta kami membayar RM10,000 untuk package tersebut. Kami terima harga tersebut, mas o depósito membayar sebanyak RM500. Setelah membayar depósito, pelajar tersebut meminta supaya bakinya dibayar sejurus kami tiba di lapangan terbang di Coreia dengan menggunakan Korean Won. Dia menyuruh kami menukar baki RM9500 dan dia akan menerima apa sahaja nilai Coreano Ganhou yang didapati dari pertukaran tersebut.
Adakah harus urusniaga sebegini? Yang mana harga ditetapkan dalam RM, tapi bayaran dibuat dalam Korean Won. Kami tidak rugi apa-apa, tapi dialah yang akan menanggung apa-apa kerugian matawang bergantung kepada forex pada tarikh kami menukar wang.

Akad adalah sesuatu yang tetap sama sahaja seperti contrato dipersetujui.
Seelok nya serah kan baki dalam RM9500 kepada orang tersebut, dan biar dia yang mengurus kan pertukaran wang.
Atau seeloknya serah kan baki tersebut dan jika orang itu mahu meminta & # 8220; tolong & # 8221; menukar kan ke Ganhou dan memberi kan pada ia, ia nya lebih elok kerana kontrak telah selesai, dan yang kita tukar kan wang hanya lah sekadar & # 8220; Pertolongan & # 8221; Bukan lagi & # 8220; Urusan Perniagaan & # 8221;
Kerana disini selesai kan akad itu dahulu lebih penting. Kerana takut berlaku ketidak adilan dalam perjanjian kerana ia boleh merugikan sebelah pihak dan menguntungkan pihak yang lain ini lah dipangil & # 8220; Ketidakadilan & # 8221 ;, Nabi Muhammad SAW tidak suka.
Lagi pun perjanjian asal adalah dalam RM maka kadar matawang perlulah tetap dalam RM, jika akad ditukar kepada WON .. tanpa tahu berapa Ganhou yang akan diterima dan nilai Ganhou juga bertukar masa ke semasa .. Ini takut kita terlibat dalam Riba An-Nasiah.

Item 1. & # 8211; Tuan sebut mengenai interest tinggi oleh banco banco di malaysia. Memang haram. Sapa yang kata tak haram? Kalau sistem bank konvensional memang haram, tak kira di Malaysia atau di negara lain. Hukum dah dikeluarkan, terpulanglah kepada orang ramai untuk menerimanya atau tidak.
Item 2- Sama seperti di atas. Majlis fatwa mengatakan hukum merokok adalah haram, jadi ianya haram. Terpulanglah kepada orang ramai untuk menerimanya atau tidak. Apa yang melalut lalut ke majlis fatwa arab saudi pulak? Islam menyuruh kita menerima hukum yang di keluarkan oleh pemerintah kita, sama seperti hukum menyambut hari raya. Kita mesti mengikut hari yang di tetapkan oleh penyimpan mohor besar raja raja malaysia, bukan penyimpan mohor besar raja arab saudi.
Iterm 3 – Hukum islam mengatakan semuanya halal KECUALI yang sudah di beritahu haram. Kalau forex sebelum ini halal, maka ianya halal sebelum fatwa haram di keluarkan. Bila dah keluar fatwa haram maka haramlah ia. Arak adalah minuman halaL SEBELUM ALLAH MENURUNKAN AYAT MENGHARAMKANNYA. Apa nak diherankan benda yang dulu halal sekarang dah haram?
Item 4- Alasan orang bodoh yang yg dibutakan mata dan hati oleh Allah. Saya tiada komen untuk kenyataan ini.
Akhirkata, hukum dah keluar. Manusia diciptakan oleh Allah dan di berikan sedikit ‘freewill” untuk memilih cara hidup kita. Terpulanglah kepada individu untuk memilih maaruf atau mungkar.

Cara ko cakap seolah-olah lebih baik dengar dari orang2 yang “consistent” kononnya walau pun mereka lebih jahil sebab lebih berprinsip? Ni 1 tanggapan yg amat merbahaya sedara. Bila kita sesat mintak tunjukkan jalan, nak tanya kat yg sama sesat gak ke? Alamatnya sampai bila2lah tak dapat balik. 1. hakikatnya sistem leverage yg tuan baca, kemudian copy paste adalah pengertian yg salah, saya dah bertahun2 study kenapa forex perlu diharamkan tetapi hujah leverage adalah salah sama sekali, kalau modal usd100, sampai bila2 modal usd100, tidak akan bersamaan usd1,000 ke usd10,000 ke usd100,000, semua itu salah.. tak logik langsung.. jelas sgt tuan copy paste tanpa ada kajian.
2. possession, hehe.. still tuan copy paste.. hakikat sebenar, sgt2 berbeza kerana untuk memulakan perniagaan perlu ada modal, modal dtg dr poket kita sendiri, jika tiada modal, tidak boleh berniaga, simple.. dlm forex anda tidak boleh jual beli jika tuan tiada modal.. faham ke ni? ele Ele..
3. untuk memulakan perniagaan forex, kita memegang duit RM, utk terlibat dlm perniagaan forex, tuan perlu membeli USD dahulu sebelum memulakan jual beli matawang yg lain..
isu2 lain.. sy pernah mendengar ada ulama yg berkahwin adalah kerana untuk menulis kitab fiqah mengenai haid (tamsil)..

Disini ingin saya jelaskan mengenai forex.
Terus terang saya katakan pandangan saya terhadap mereka yang main forex hanya ego ‘lagak’
di hadapan PC melihat graf turun naik seperti golongan professional/pelabur besar. Ego mereka inilah yang membuatkan mereka tidak mahu meninggalkan forex meskipun duit sudah ratusan hingga ke ribuan ringgit habis. alasan yg diberikan hanya salah STEP. ingat! Mereka yang memberikan kursus telah pun dibayar oleh head mereka. jika anda perhatikan dan kenali leader yang mengajar anda. mereka hanyalah lakonan untuk mengajar anda. biasanya mereka juga akan berkata mereka invest ini. walhal TIDAK ADA. saya tidak sanggup lagi melihat orang ramai ditipu. kepada anda yang masih lagi bermain. TOLONG BERHENTI. simpan wang anda di ASB. tidakkah anda terfikir mengapa mereka ini tidak diberikan lesen untuk perniagaan ini. bukan sukar untuk kita daftar lesen perniagaan betul tak?.melainkan ada keraguan atau unsur2 penipuan. Contoh yang lalu emas. kerajaan bekukan kerana takut pelabur nanti habis duit nilai jatuh merudum nak salahkan kerajaan sebab tak pantau dan siasat lagipun mereka tiada transaksi yang sah. bayangkan jika mereka membawa lari wang anda? pastinya anda akan buat report dan jika mereka lari sekalipun anda melabur di syarikat yang tidak berdaftar sah siapa mahu percaya anda. mereka bukan syarikat yang gagah seperti bank. mean saya guarantee. mereka ini umpama along dan bank. tapi along pun berdaftar juga. sebab mereka cuma memusing dari segi bayaran interest. hehe. saya bukan kerja gomen/orang fanatik politik pencacai ke apa. saya kerja swasta golongan sederhana sahaja. fikir secara logik. apa jenis perniagaan pun kat malaysia ni boleh dikeluarkan lesen include arak, MLM, warung mamak sekalipun ada lesen. kenapa tidak diberikan kepada forex. Mana ada konsep seorang Billionaire untuk kongsi kekayaan mereka. Yang mereka gunakan hanyalah sistem MONOPOLI. Bukan saya nak kondem siapa2 jangan angan nak kaya. tapi sekadar nak beritahu realiti hidup asas sunah nabi berdagang secara jujur dan iklhlas. itulah kunci kejayaan. walaupun kini saya ada buat side income jual barang. alhamdulillah kadangkala dapat rezeki berganda dari allah. Kepada anda yang masih lagi bermain forex. fikirkan semula kenapa boss atau taukeh2 tidak main? sedangkan mereka mmpunyai wang besar dari kita. jika mereka mahu melabur dari dahulu lagi mereka buat dengan wang mereka yang berganda dari kita. ingat mereka bukan golongan yang mudah diperkotak katikkan oleh orang lain kerana mereka golongan yang sangat menjaga kewangan mereka. contohilah mereka. cuba anda selepas solat duduk bertenang tutup mata rapat2 dan fikir semula berapa duit anda yang sudah habis. malam buat solat tahjud minta tuhan tunjukkan kebenaran. saya bukan mengajar tapi sekadar berpesan pada umat kita.

saya trader forex dah 6 tahun, saya buysell cth:usd2.00,tertera di platform mt4 saya jumlah yang sama. jika untung, keuntungan tersebut terus ke dalam equity saya(on-spot).saya menggunakan spread VARIABLE bukan FIX. Variable bermaksud tidak tetap dan bergantung kepada keadaan sebenar bursa dagangan. menggunakan akaun electronic currency network(ECN) yg direct menghantar pesanan ke BANK-BANK besar yg menjalankan dagangan. Leverage sebenarnya adalah unit lot saham(bukan wang )leverage juga seperti saham2 yg banyak terdapat dimalaysia ini, cthnya:100 unit lot berjumlah 10 RM 1000lot berjumlah 100..(faham betul2).Saya buat bandingan hanya pada jumlah, bukan nilai. Sama juga forex..100.000 lot bersamaan 10usd utk 5decimal.(Jadi nilainya hanya 10usd)Jika saya beli atau jual 2usd adalah bersamaan 20,000 lot jumlahnya Tetapi nilai modal saya tetap 2usd bukan bernilai 20,000 usd. Saya beli 1 dozen sabun dengan NILAI 10ringgit tetapi dalam bungkusan tu ada sebanyak 20 ketul jumlahnya(ini perbandingan).Jika saya close beli usd dan menjual euro, sama juga nilainya, hanya jumlahnya berbeza. saya tidak berhutang, saya guna cash…wang sebenar dimasukkan ke akaun dagangan atas nama saya, Bila saya buka posisi, dalam milisecond wang saya dikeluarkan untuk dagangan, bila saya tutup, dalam sekelip mata wang saya dimasukkan kembali ke akaun atas nama saya. untuk pengeluaran hanya perlu 5-10minits dan wang akan masuk ke akaun simpanan saya di united kingdom.(saya buka akaun bank di UK)
Islam itu mudah, ada benda untuk dijual dan ada benda untuk dibeli(halal).Mengenai swap, saya memang menggunakan akaun swap sebab hya akaun yg direct access/Ecn/DMA yg terus kedagangan sebenar tetapi kebanyakkan akaun free swap adalah dari broker pembuat market.(market maker)Tetapi jangan salah faham, walaupun swap account, saya tidak memberi swap sebab saya trade secara SCALPING. purata trade saya hya sekitar 1 hingga 10 minit sahaja. jika hold melebihi 24 jam barulah swap dikenakan.(riba)

Ada satu hadis Nabi yg menyatakan manusia akhir zaman hampir kesemuanya tidak boleh terlepas dr riba. Siapa pengasas sistem perbankan & forex klu bkn Yahudi?? Sy sarankan pd ustaz2, nk bg pandangan kena la adil… Jgn ada kepentingan. Ini ada ustaz yg bg pandangan keras menyatakan hukum terlibat dgn forex ada 2 hukum, boleh jd halal atau haram. Tp dia nasihat org awam jgn terlibat langsung dgn forex individu sebab ada unsur2 syubhah n riba. Bila diperiksa betul, oooo ustaz ni jd penasihat syariah kpd bank. c-forex ni kita kena byk berfikir dan mengkaji sebenarnya sblm melakukan sbarang trade maknanya jika trade yg dilakukan itu adalah hasil dr kajian yg serius dan tepat maka ianya dibenarkan SEBAB KITA BUAT TRADE TU BUKAN MEMBABI BUTA.
d-jumlah lot yg kita trade serta pips yg kita inginkan haruslah bertepatan dgn modal asal maknanya jangan main besar kalau modal ciput atau sikit.
e-emosi semasa buat sebarang trade adalah kena 100% waras bukan disebabkan gila nak kaya atau tamak.
f-hasil dr keuntungan atau profit yg diperolehi secara penat berfikir dan mengkaji adalah halal.
g-jangan suruh org lain trade utk kita yg hanya menunggu duit yg broker ni janjikan..anda harus BUAT DAN TRADE SENDIRI anggap kerjaya ini sbgai kerja harian kita. Resiko suruh broker malaun ni trade makanya kita pun malaun jugak la sbb nak cepat kaya n last sekali kenapa tipu dgn malaun2 broker ni.
2- yang jadi haramnya.
a-kita pilih sykt broker yg ada swap atau bunga atau interest.
b-kita x pernah nak belajar dan cari ilmu forex spt ekonomi dunia sbb ramai yang masih buta internet dan x reti bahasa Inggeris..candle stick bearish, bullish pun x tau, nak ckp pasal trend? mamposs la haram x tau.
c-org buat trade, kita pun nak buat jugak bila ditanya kenapa buat sell atau buy, tak tau la nak jawab mcm org bodo je,,dia jawab “ermm..aku rasa2 naik ni, jatuh ni. ”kepala hotak la jawapan mcm gitu. nampak sgt yg kita ni nak cepat kaya..woii ! forex ni bkn tempat nak cepat kaya mcm skim cepat kaya..ianya tmpat orang profesional berfikir ttg isu2 semasa ekonomi dunia dan sebagainya. kenapa jd gitu, kenapa jd gini.
d-modal USD100 nak trade 0.30 lot ke,,0.50 lot ke? mana boleh ! itu dah melepasi had kelayakan trade..sedar la diri tu kalau modal ciput, trade la ciput2 jer..mcm 0.01 ke ..asyik nak untung cepat je sebabnya tramai yg berfikir dgn satu arah ke iaitu nak kaya mcm angan2 mat jenin mampos terus jatuh dr pokok kelapa. maknanya korang trade secara membabi buta dan seolah2 BERJUDI.
e-emosi semasa trade adalah harus tenang dan lepas solat serta sudy balik history trend, fundamental dan sebagainya..ini tidak, dgn x solat nye dgn kotornya dgn serabutnya sbb tersalah trade,,terus beremosi marah, tamak dan buat trade,,maka HASILNYA pun RUGI laaaaaaaa. sbb buat trade tanpa tau hujung pangkal. tak guna otak utk fikir.

Jadi kpd siapa2 kat luar sana yg baru nk cuba2 niaga, yg dah lama, yg perasan pandai sgt..maka ingat lah,,apa2 pun Allah jua lah yg Maha Pemberi Rezeki utk kita semua.

Mmg kita tak akan nmpk transaksi sbb ianya dlm talian..mane mgkin akan dpt bntuk fizikal. Sama jgk kita pindahkan duit dlm talian..kita tak nampak pun duit tu bergerak masuk dlm akaun…takkan la si trader A dri Malaysia nk bwk duit euro dan usd ke Argentina (trader B) utk melakukan pertukaran tersebut..
Seperti jgk kita jual beli saham..bank jgk memberi pinjaman 3x ganda(leverage) dan dlm masa tertntu open position kita mesti ditutup yakni saham kita kena jual blk..lepas tu bank akan ambil duitnya blk..selebihnya duit kita..samada untung atau rugi..sini kena interest jgk….interest kan haram…

Leverage ni bukan bukan pinjaman. Ia adalah pekali duit kita. Transaksi forex ni berlaku dlm masa kurang 25milisecond so broker akan tawarkan leverage sebab adalah mustahil utk kita topup duit jika pasaran adalah positif atau menguntungkan dan melebihi modal kita. Dia tak akan jadi pinjaman sebab leverage ni akan mengikut nilai equity semasa bila pasaran tidak mengikut arAh position kita. Ia akan margin call juga. Ia bukanlah pendahuluan atau hutang sbb duit tu mmg duit equity kita yg sedah di trade.
